Villa Agathe II consists of 7 spacious bedrooms (6 double and 1 single) with en suite bathrooms plus 1guest WC and accommodates a total of 13 guests. It has an exclusive use of a 2.000 sq. m.
plot with a grass area, flowers, cactuses and other decorative plants and offers an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces. The interior is gracefully decorated and equipped with audio and video
systems which include Smart TVs and a ceiling projector.

The outdoor area hosts the 75 sq. m. private Infinity pool, a pool bar, built-in seating and sofas and a large dining area while there is also a wellness area, located at the lower level of the property, with a gym and a sauna which enjoy sea views. In addition, an outdoor Jacuzzi can be found on the 1st floor terrace, next to the master
bedroom. A private parking space is also featured in the villa plot

Layout:

  • The villa expands on 3 levels. The ground floor hosts the living room which opens to the main outdoor area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, a guest WC and 2 en suite bedrooms (a double and a twin). The upper level features 2 en suite double bedrooms (one of which is the master which opens to the Jacuzzi veranda) and the lower level features the second living/TV room and three bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single).
